Events
VIP Billboard Latin Music Week Experience for you and a guest, currently scheduled for October 15, 2025 to October 18, 2025 in Miami, Florida (locations and dates subject to change).
Day 1
Happy Hour Reception Acoustic Latin music performance. Reception for all winners and guests with appetizers and open bar service featuring a live acoustic concert peformance by one of the Billboard Latin Music Week artists.
Day 2
Exclusive Billboard Latin Music Awards Access. The Billboard Latin Music Awards is a cultural celebration that spotlights the biggest and brightest stars in Latin music with live performances from the hottest names in Latin music. The experience includes two tickets to the marquee event.
Day 3
Billboard En Vivo Concert Tickets. A pre-concert, private reception for New York Lottery winners including food and drinks, tickets to the Billboard En Vivo concert that includes a private VIP seating area and cocktail certificates. The En Vivo Concert series features performances by the hottest artists in Latin music.
Travel Accommodations
Each experience includes the following:
- Two (2) round trip coach class tickets to Miami, Florida, from a major commercial New York airport
- Three (3) nights stay in a double occupancy room at a hotel near the event
- Daily continental breakfast
- A Billboard Latin Music Week gift bag in the room upon arrival containing two tickets to the Latin Music Awards ceremony
- Shuttle service from the airport and any scheduled experiences
- 1,200 spending money plus
